Aloha

Kirsten (pronounced as Kiersten) is a local hapa woman who has always been drawn to the organic process apparent in nature. She grew up in a quiet and humble neighborhood in Pupukea on the North Shore which influenced her passion for connecting with the deeper parts of herself. The interplay of solitude and a small community established a foundation of wonder and dynamism.

She found therapy in her early 20s while navigating the challenges of young adulthood. With the help of multiple therapeutic and metaphysical guides, she discovered the magical balance of being and becoming.

Kirsten entered the mental health world professionally in 2014. She worked at the Rural Health Division of the VA which led her to return to school and relocate to the Big Island. Kirsten continued her internship and post-graduate work at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Guidance Center, and Hale Kipa until her licensure in clinical counseling. Kirsten has been in practice since 2016.

Always curious about the human mind, Kirsten is committed to her self-work and the process of guiding others to embrace their whole self. All of you is welcome here.
